"I had been considering selling my house for a while and spoke to many realtors to find out how much I could sell for, however I wasn't ready until recently. I was a little worried because I thought I might have missed the opportunity to sell when prices were high in 2022. I was sure happy to finally talk to Leland, a local real estate agent in Everett who knew my market area very well. He answered all of my questions about the real estate market and referred me to his website so I could learn more about the selling process.
